I've remarqued this album thanks to his cover...that a way to notice things. This image talks to me about a voyage, and it was a journey none other like. I was in love from the first track to the last, with his synth/space/melancolic sounds. Baldocaster is an artist of emotions, wich touched my soul. For this thank you.

about
All this time, along the purple desert, I’ve been against the grit and grain of this plain I’m treading. The stars and the maps they were making should have warned me against the direction I was taking. I’m heading through a desert belonging to a land of desolate desires. It’s a lonely place.
Water is so far from plenty my flask is stripping itself of its lining, and soon the weight of this heavy dark will make it feel like I’m carrying a castle. I raise the flask to my face and curse it due to its present pointlessness.
Before the dawn I will need to have passed through the purple canyons and the viper blue trees or so help me oh great ones I’ll be engulfed in the shifting land where time lays in wait for the dead. My skeleton groans under heavy gravity.
All this time I’ve cried inside, but don’t feel for me for this was my decision. To change my life for the good was, alas, bad. I want to go to a place that knew not my name, dry out in the rain. The pain drove me, it is true, but mood blue to black is no plan for any soul-searcher.
I curse my mind and the matter that encases it! Everyone who knew me told me to stay in the warmth and shelter of the city, but I, yes I decided to cross this desert... Deep within me, somewhere out of reach from raking flesh digging fingers, something... something drove me here. How much further must I go, to find what it is I am, so far, blind to?
I picture glancing at myself in a mirror, and what I see is a husk. All hope has been pulled into the magnetic core beneath this ever-shifting floor. Just a lost life-form that does not understand the place my life-force is driving me to. Whatever energy I had, and all the anger feeding it, gone. Rotten but not forgotten.
My life has melted over the course of the night but look! I’ve made it! and with the silver sun that begins its piercing of the horizon, a beacon... it begins to warm my skin, soaking me through with hope, filling me from boot to brain. Back to life, I have made the traversal!
A black dove rises and looks as-if someone has taken scissors to the sun, cutting the shape clean from a disc of foil. Do you know what this means? This is no mirage. This is a homage to what came before. Now I am a featherweight in front of fate... watch me fly with the backdrop of space and past glories.
Time to meet with moons and wax wonders for worlds unseen.
